RRC Membership

Members, including employees of our core funders, are entitled to reduced fees. Please check the current members page and do not make payment unless you are certain about your membership status. Many types of membership only entitle certain staff to receive members' rates.

For those NOT purchasing a full 2 day delegate place, please indicate whether you would like to book a place at the UK River Prize Dinner at an additional cost of £.

All prices include VAT at 20%. The closing date for bookings is Tuesday 18th March 2025.

Discretionary discounts are available for some individuals and small organisations on a first-come, first-served basis (students, trusts and small NGOs). Please complete the Discount Request Form linked on the conference booking page. If you will be unable to attend unless you receive a discount, please do not submit your booking form until we have confirmed this with you.

Space is limited. We cannot guarantee that your choice will be available until we process the booking. Places are allocated in order of bookings received. If this is the case we will contact you.

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is NOT included within your conference booking. We have a limited number of rooms on hold at the DoubleTree Brighton Metropole, please email rrc@therrc.co.uk for more information.

Brighton offers a range of B&B and hotel accommodation to suit every budget, within walking distance of the venue. 

Payment

Card payment preferred; invoices/VAT receipts will be sent out but there may be a delay at busy times.

Please provide any further information required, such as Purchase Order number if known, specific details for invoicing etc.

Booking Conditions

Places are limited so bookings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis; no places are confirmed without a completed booking form and receipt of payment/purchase order.

Cancellations and amendments
All bookings are final; by submitting a booking you confirm you will make payment and that you have your organisation's authority to do so. Should you need to change or cancel your booking, please inform us by email (rrc@therrc.co.uk) as soon as possible. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, so if you can no longer attend please try to find an alternative individual to take your place and provide us with their details. We may charge an administration fee of up to £ including VAT to make these changes.
