TELEMAC is an open-source software suite for modelling free surface waters using unstructured finite element models. This five-day course is aimed at consultants and students who are working on riverine, coastal and maritime hydrodynamic modelling projects, and will provide an insight to the hydrodynamic tools available in the TELEMAC suite. The course includes modules on tidal flow, waves and sediment transport modelling, allowing users to apply the software to a range of engineering and real-world scenarios.
Places can be booked on the full five-day course or specific modules:
Module 1 - Meshing in TELEMAC (Monday 11th September)
Module 2 - Introduction to TELEMAC 2D (Tuesday 12th September)
Module 3 - Introduction to TELEMAC 3D (Wednesday 13th September)
Module 4 - Wave modelling with ARTEMIS and TOMAWAC (Thursday 14th September)
Module 5 - Introduction to sediment modelling with SISYPHE (Friday 15th September)
Course fees include all documentation, lunch and refreshments:
- £1,350 (plus VAT at 20%) per delegate for full five-day course
- £350 (plis VAT at 20%) per delegate per one-day module. Discounts are available when booking more than one module, see website for details
