Free Integrated Catchment Management training course!

Registration is open for a fully subsidised course on Integrated Catchment Management for eligible professionals working in the built environment in Wales.

The course will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the design, planning and engagement activities required for effective implementation of ICM approaches. You will leave with a toolkit of techniques to enable you to work in line with the emerging Welsh Government water strategy as well as deliver ICM solutions in your day to day role.

Feedback from previous participants has been very positive.

"It was a perfect balance of theory and real life examples" (Miriam)

"I will recommend this course to my colleagues" (Keith)

The courses consist of 20 learning hours over a 5 week period in May/June with a mixture of webinars, flexible e-learning and a workshop (venues in north, south-east and south-west Wales). Successful completion of the course will lead to CQFW Level 4 accreditation.

Eligible participants must be in full-time employment (but not in the public sector) and live and/or work in one of Wales’ Convergence Areas (i.e. Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly and Torfaen).
