An exciting opportunity to lead delivery of a £2.8m conservation and engagement scheme at the heart of the Chilterns – one of the country’s finest yet most threatened Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Are you an experienced project manager looking for a new challenge?  Are you passionate about landscape, heritage, and the natural world?  We are looking for a competent, driven project manager to lead delivery of this fresh and dynamic five-year scheme.  The Landscape Partnership Manager will be responsible for management of a small staff team, a budget of £2.8m and oversight of the 18 projects making up the scheme. The role will be expected to foster closer partnership working between 70+ partners, track the delivery of a range of outcomes and fulfil the requirements of the Heritage Lottery Fund and other funders.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of managing complex projects, who can inspire staff, partners, and volunteers, influence the way organisations work together, grow, and diversify audiences and leave a long-term impact on the ground.
