FBA announce a rare and exciting opportunity to join their Pearl Mussel Team. They are recruiting for the post of Reintroductions Research Officer.

After 10 years of rearing Margaritifera margaritifera and the recent Restoring Freshwater Mussel Rivers project the FBA is looking towards the next step reintroducing captive-bred juveniles into their native rivers.  This role is pivotal to proving the absolute success of the Ark and furthering our understanding of Margaritifera margaritifera.
