Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s Tomorrow’s Natural Leaders have created an online survey to find out how environmental organisations recruit and value young people, and where there may be gaps or failings in our society that create barriers for young people entering the environmental sector.
We’d be grateful if you had the time to fill out the survey on behalf of your organisation, ideally before the end of August 2020. The survey, which should take c. 5-10 minutes to complete, can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/TY3Q7JM. We hope to use the results of this survey, which is being sent out to environmental sector organisations all across the UK, to inform a report that we aim to make publicly available. We hope it may be of use to organisations as well as to young people.
Although the survey mentions that you can leave your email address if you wish to be contacted about the Bridging the Gap conference (this occurred on 12 August 2020), you are also welcome to leave your email address if you wish to receive the report on the findings of this survey and the conference discussions, and/or a recording of the conference.
