Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time

Stonbury is looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to join its Delivery Team, leading the delivery of civil engineering projects across clean and wastewater sites for Yorkshire Water.

The successful candidate will manage complex civil engineering schemes valued between £100,000 and £5 million, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Planning and delivering projects in line with company procedures and industry best practice
  • Preparing project documentation, including programmes, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
  • Acting as Principal Contractor where required and managing subcontractors
  • Leading Civils Site Managers and Supervisors throughout project delivery
  • Managing project performance, including budgets, health and safety and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and temporary works requirements
  • Identifying and managing project risks

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering and managing civil engineering projects
  • A higher-level construction management qualification or civil engineering degree
  • Experience managing pre-construction activities and producing programmes
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, quality assurance and temporary works
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Ability to produce RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • A full UK driving licence
