The Urban Drainage Group three day Autumn Conference is the culmination of a year of highly regarded events across the whole industry, attracting speakers and delegates both nationally and internationally.

This showcase for innovation, research, leadership, growth, communication and industry networking, encompasses presentations, research forums, workshops and a trade exhibition. Attracting and recognising respected professionals, incorporating the awarding of the WaPUG prize for services to the industry and promoting new talent with the Adam Dean Award, now in its 5th year.

A change of venue for 2019 will see a return to the East Midlands area. The Belfry Hotel located just off junction 26 of the M1 is a centrally placed four star venue well served by public transport via bus, train and the award winning Nottingham tram system. East Midlands Airport is just 20 minutes away

The Urban Drainage Group seeks professionals concerned with all aspects of Urban Drainage and its Management to present to an audience of industry peers in either 25 minute conference presentation or up to 90 minutes workshop format.

Topics are invited from urban drainage management both UK & internationally. They may include, but not limited to, sustainable drainage systems, combined sewer overflows, condition assessment, rehabilitation, river or marine water quality, bathing water and shellfishery directives, infiltration, misconnections, data analytics, FOG management, smart cities, modelling, human element & customer behaviour, community engagement, Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans (DWMP).
