Cancellation Policy |
If it is necessary for you to cancel or amend your booking, please inform us by email as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date your email is received at our office, and subject to additional charges which must be paid before amendments are confirmed.
We cannot give refunds or accept cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date. Any bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the event will still need to be paid in full, a condition which is accepted when you secure your place on your booking form. Prior to this time, a refund will not be given unless your place can be filled. Cancellations will be charged according to the following scale, regardless of membership or content of booking.
- Substitution of one individual for another - £30 administration fee (incl. VAT)
- If you cancel and your place CAN be filled - full refund, less £30 administration fee (incl. VAT)
- If you cancel and your place CANNOT be filled - no refund
