Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final; by submitting a booking you confirm you will make payment and that you have your organisation's authority to do so. Should you need to cancel your booking, please inform us by email (rrc@therrc.co.uk) as soon as possible. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, so if you can no longer attend please try to find an alternative individual to take your place and provide us with their details. We may charge an administration fee of up to £30 including VAT to make these changes.

Should the event need to be cancelled/postponed we will let you know.
